What is a session like?

In a session I hold space for you to ease into deep relaxation and peaceful state. This activates powerful self healing and alignment. Through light work and gentle touch you may feel a warm sensation, tingling, or waves of energy as the light moves through your body. Naturally you may drift into meditative sleep, have visions, receive insights and downloads, memories surface, energetic shifts, physical healing, and beyond. As the session progresses you will feel bliss, balance, rejuvenation, embodying your highest and most joyful state.

Virtual Sessions

Virtual sessions are available for those who are not local to Southern California.

Long distance Reiki is equally as powerful and transformative, there is no time or distance in energy so my clients receive the same benefits as they would in person. 

​

In a virtual session you will create a space where you can lie comfortably. I will send you a playlist that allows you to feel deeply relaxed throughout the experience. At the beginning of the session we will have a connect call where we will hone in on your desired goals and intentions. Through powerful sacred symbols I am able to send Reiki to you from anywhere in the world. You will experience light waves of energy and all the effects of alignment and empowerment.
